Maintenance coordination planning and technological activities

The tasks of the Department for Maintenance Coordination Planning and Technology is to harmonize resources demand of power plants maintained by the Company, organization of tasks of the Maintenance Division and focussing of economic and administrative functions of the Maintenance Division. Further tasks of the Department are: implementation of chemical laboratory test in nuclear power plants and handling of waste managements systems.

Coordination:

• Planning and optimisation of maintenance and resources demand of the sector's power plants.
• Planning of tasks of the Maintenance Division on system level.
• Managing and coordination of marketing activities on division and plant level and performing negotiations.
• Preparation and maintenance of contracts and agreements in Maintenance Division competence.
• Evaluation of technical/economic effectiveness after the completion of each job.
• Qualification of subcontractors.
• Specifying of materials to be purchased.
• Administration of payroll and staff planning.
• Organization and operation of the document managing system of the Maintenance Division.
• Compilation and updating of annual business plans.

Tasks in the scope of designing and technology

• Designing of maintenance technologies and preparation of quality plans.
• Designing of production, welding and heat-treating technologies.
• Inspection of documentation of products before manufacturing and of projects; processing of the documentation and preparation of drawings and process planning missing.
• Preparation for of manufacturing and building tasks; compilation of construction documents.

Tasks in the field of chemistry:

• Chemical and radiochemical examination of water, oil and gas systems of power plants, active and inactive waste materials, structural materials of in-process equipment, corrosion deposits and indirect materials and additives used.
• Provision of conditions for the selective collection of active and inactive solid waste materials produced within the bonded area; collection and management of waste deposited in collection facilities.
• Provision of technical support to water conditioning and water treatment technologies in power plants.
